Q: I bought tickets to the reunion…where are they?
A: Your name is on the check-in list at the door :)
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: No, sorry. This is an RSVP event.
Q: What should we wear?
A: Dressy casual, aloha wear, something clean and cool that you will be comfortable in. My husband will probably be wearing khaki shorts and a hawaiian shirt. :) There is a nice garden outside with a few games to play, and the dining will be inside with the air conditioning.
Q: What is a "no host" bar again?
A: That's the one where you need a few bucks for drinks. We get you started with one drink ticket, but the rest are up to you. The bar will have beer and wine you can buy with drink tickets, and the caterer is providing complimentary yummy iced tea and lemonade near the apetizers. Bottled water will be available too. You can get extra drink tickets at registration and from the designated ticket person at the party. The tea, lemonade and water are part of your ticket price.
Q: Is there anything going on Friday night?
A: We have no formal planned event Friday night, but we would love to all meet up at Crush Restaurant's North Beach Pub(across from Walmart, Talmage exit) for the Happy Hour from 4-6pm. We will be there, and might even stay longer to watch the game (Giants vs Kansas City Royals). For folks that want to continue partying on, at 8:30, The Office on Mill and Main(across from the Theater and down the street) will have a ZZ Top cover band for $10 charge.
Q: Do you have any more yearbooks for sale like last time?
A: Yes, we have 8 more left - I picked them up from Kitty Brittan at the Activities Office. She is asking $20. If you lost yours, this is a great time to get a replacement.
Q: What are the Reunion event hours again?
A: 5-6pm - Registration and No-Host Bar begins
6-7pm - Appetizers and outdoor games
7-8:30pm - Buffet dinner
8:30-10pm - Coffee, dessert, socializing
10-11pm - Volunteer cleanup
